Men’s Golf takes sixth place at msc

The University of Pikeville men’s golf team finished sixth place at the Mid-South Conference Championship Wednesday, April 25 at Bowling Green Country Club. Their three day total came up to a 945 (309-314-322) after multiple trying rounds of golf. University of Pikeville’s Trey Isenberg finished one of his best tournaments by far, placing sixth overall after carding a 223 (72-75-76). He was the only Bear in the top 10 during the tournament. Garrett Bevins was next in line in 31st place with a 246. After cam Burgess Clark tied for 32nd at 248 and Blake Moody in 37th place after carding a 253. Cumberland (Tenn.) won the championship with an 883. Burgess Clark will be the only graduating senior this year. The Bears’ season is over and will resume play this coming fall.
