UPIKE recently added a new activity to campus. On-Campus yoga is every Monday at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Sumer Bingham, assistant professor of religion, helps practice mindfulness and relaxation with her assistant, Sylvia Griffith, junior. “College is very stressful, and it is important to to have a positive outlet where you can just forget about the papers and exams,” Griffith said. Yoga mats are provided for everyone. Bingham and Griffith welcome all students, and experience is not required. The next yoga class will be Nov. 6.
