737 relates to college students
0Written By Robert Rundle
The University of Pikeville held its weekly 737 service in Booth Auditorium, Oct. 2. Rob Musick, instructor of religion and chaplain, led the service and the sermon featured David Kibler, senior pastor at Catalyst Christian Church, via Skype. Guns and Jesus was the focus of discussion, and a survey was passed out asking everyone if they “agreed” or “disagreed” with the statements on the paper. “I think anyone who wants advice or a sermon geared towards college students, I recommend going to 737,” James Alexander, senior, said. On average, about 20 people attend 737, and there is a student-led band for all services. This Sunday, Oct. 9, however, there won’t be 737 due to fall break.
