Tuesday night, Sept. 11, Riverfill 10 Cinema and Campus Activity Board (CAB), hosted free movie night for all UPIKE students. The students were allowed to pick from nine different movies that began after 7 p.m.
“I think it’s great. Anything to get UPIKE students involved is good. It’s a small town with not a lot to do, so we are very glad to do this,” Jerry Scott, crew worker, said.
Brady Schmidt, junior, watched the movie The Nun and said he loved free movie night.
“I really like it. It’s free movies! I think they should do it more often,” said Schmidt.
Luckily for Schmidt, Scott said they should do free movie night a few more times this year, which Schmidt plans to attend.
