During Fall Break, UPIKE Chaplain and Instructor of Religion, Rob Musick, along with 10 UPIKE students took part in an annual fall missions trip. This year, UPIKE served others in Philadelphia, Penn.
The mission team worked with the New Jersey Food Bank and also worked with The Vision Walk in Philadelphia. The Vision Walk is a 5K to help find the cure for blindness. Most participants of The Vision Walk are blind or visually impaired or knew someone with a vision impairment.
“My favorite part of the mission trip was being back in my favorite city (Philadelphia). Getting to help the less fortunate made being back especially special to me,” junior Tori Breeding said.
