How to beat procrastination
0Procrastination is the downfall of many students, especially in the last weeks of the semester. Beating procrastinating habits can help students to be on the right track for success.
With the end of the semester nearing and finals week approaching, many students find themselves putting things off until the last moment. Beating the urge to put things off until the last moment can be difficult.
Senior Courtney Haney finds it tough, especially with basketball. “If I find myself saying ‘I’ll do it tomorrow,’ then I know it’s bad and I probably need to get to work ASAP.” she said.
Knowing how to stay on track is an important step into beating procrastination. Going to bed early and waking up early is especially important in these final weeks. Without enough rest, it makes it much more difficult to focus and your mind will stray much more easily.
Good luck to the students on the remainder of the semester. For more useful tips on staying on track, don’t procrastinate visit lifehack.org.
