UPIKE Football domininates St. Andrews

On Saturday, Sept. 30, the UPIKE Bears to Laurinburg, N.C., to play the St. Andrews Knights. UPIKE played well from the opening kickoff until the closing whistle. The Bears defeated St. Andrews 41-6 and claimed their first conference win of the season. The win brings the Bears season record to 3-2. Sani Warren, senior, finished with 17 complete passes for 186 yards. Willie McCloud, sophomore, led with 110 rushing yards. Romon Morris, senior, gained his fourth interception of the season. Morris ties the programs record with 11 for his career.
