The seventh floor of the HPE building lit up Nov. 18 as the freshmen class leaders with the help of freshmen Vice President Katelin Fields organized food for a Thanksgiving dinner. There was also a fire shown on both big screens. Student Activities Director Luke Kopp helped the freshman class leaders give out food. While the community was eating, students started playing Bingo and winning gift cards to restaurants and other places of their choosing. It was a type of Thanksgiving bonding experience that brought the student body together to celebrate the upcoming holiday. “A good experience for the unity of friendship of the campus and to have everybody enjoy themselves and embrace the campus life,” said Fields.
