On Sept 14, the COM honor society elected new officials for the academic year. The group voted Robert Rundle, senior, as their president. “I am glad I was voted president. It’s the first time I have been head of something ever,” Rundle said. The COM honor society plans to help with charity events throughout the year including the Salvation Army. Rundle said that he would like to help the police and fire department with the haunted attraction taking place at Bob Amos Park in October. The group elected Billy Cochran as Vice president, Chris Figg as treasurer, and Aaron Asbury as secretary. They celebrated the election at its first social on Sunday, Sept.17. It plans to induct new members in October.
