Chapel provides comfort to students

Tuesday, Nov. 8, weekly chapel had a guest speaker, City Commisioner Barry Chaney.
He explained how the story in Genesis 16 related to his own relationship with his wife. His story moved many in attendance to tears.
“I couldn’t imagine taking my next breath without her by my side,” Chaney said. He then related this to Abraham and his wife.
“I love chapel; it’s possibly my favorite part of the week. Somehow, … it always relates to something I’m personally going through and helps me out tremendously,” Tori Breeding, junior, said.
Remember if you are going through anything tough and need someone to talk to, or just simply looking for friends, chapel is always there for you.
Chapel is held once a week every Tuesday at 11 a.m., located in the Meditation Chapel. You can contact Campus Chaplain Rob Musick at robertmusick@upike.edu.
