WUW ready to go outside

“What’s Up Wednesday” (WUW) is an event for students to enjoy free food and can engage with faculty and staff to discuss a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: test anxiety, homesickness or issues with other students.
WUW will have its first outdoor event of the semester on Wednesday, March 30, Social Simpatico. Normally, WUW events are held in the student lounge at 8:30 p.m. but to kick off spring and enjoy the nice weather, the Center for Student Success will have the event outside in the Allara Courtyard.
Starting at 5 p.m., students can come and enjoy a free hamburger or hotdog and meet with UPIKE’s advisors and faculty, especially incoming freshman who were originally assigned a student success advisor. They will have the opportunity to meet their advisor and discuss their goals in an informal setting.
