The Bears remain hot as they cruised past the Asbury Eagles 8-5 Feb. 23. Anthony Roberts started the game with an RBI single to take the lead and the Bears never looked back. It was a team effort as they had 15 hits scattered among eight batters. Josh Bailey started the game off strong with 4 innings pitched, then Bryce Carden came in to add another 2 innings. Logan Sales shut the door as he got the save off one inning pitched giving up no hits.
“I’m glad the team is working together, it makes the game a lot of fun when we are winning,” Logan Sales said this past weekend.
